Cocktail Glass: Highball glass

Ingredients:
1 ½ oz vodka
3 oz sweet and sour mix
1 cup carbonated water
1 sliced orange, lemon or lime for garnish
1 maraschino cherry for garnish

Preparation:
This classic standby is a sure favorite. Sipped from a cool highball glass, it’s light and refreshing. To prepare:
Fill cocktail shaker with ice
Combine vodka and sweet and sour
Shake well
Strain to a highball glass full of ice
Sill highball glass with carbonated water
Garnish with citrus and a maraschino cherry
