Ingredients:

1 oz Tequila Rose

1/2 oz light rum

1 oz chocolate liqueur

1 oz half and half

Preparation:

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.

Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Cocktail: Chocolate Martini

Cocktail Glass: Martini Glass

Ingredients:

- 2 oz base spirit (vodka, light rum or brandy)

- 1/2 oz chocolate liqueur

- 1/2 oz white creme de cacao

- Chocolate syrup to coat rim of martini cocktail glass

Preparation:

Coat rim of martini glass with chocolate syrup. Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a martini cocktail glass.

Ingredients:

1 cube sugar

2 dashes Angostura bitters

4 ounces Champagne

Lemon twist

Preparation:

Place the sugar cube in a cocktail glass (champagne flute) and sprinkle bitters on the cube. Top with chilled champage and a lemon twist.
